Genogram Display Controls: Views, Labels and the Key

About this lesson

The toolbar controls what shows on your genogram. Views has nine layers you can tick on or off: cultural heritage, medical (classic shading or quadrants), social class, religion, education, location, custom, backgrounds and households. Labels picks the text under each person and the text size, and the map button shows or hides the genogram key.

Transcript

How do you choose what shows on your genogram? Open Views in the toolbar. It has nine layers: cultural heritage, medical, social class,

religion, education, location, custom, backgrounds, and households. Untick one, and it's hidden from the chart. Tick it again to bring it back.

Labels picks the text under each person, and the text size. And the map button shows or hides the key.
