Making a Person Bigger (Symbol Size)
Make one person's symbol larger or smaller with the S / M / L size buttons, for example to emphasize the index person.
Every symbol starts at a standard size. You can make individual people larger to show importance, or smaller to de-emphasize them.
Change one person's size
- Click the person to select them. The Inspector opens on the right.
- In the footer at the bottom of the Inspector, click S (Small), M (Medium, the default) or L (Large).
Change several people at once
Select them with Shift+click or box select (B), then use the same S / M / L buttons in the Bulk Edit footer.
Highlighting the main person
To mark the person the genogram is about, click Index in the same footer. See Setting the Index Person. Combine it with L if you want them to stand out even more.
Bigger text instead?
Size changes the symbol. To make names and labels bigger for everyone, use Text size in the Text Labels menu. See Showing & Hiding Labels.
